Ryder Logistics veteran Creates Brazilian Supergroup

Antonio Wrobleski Filho, the executive that ran previously Ryder Logistics in Brazil, is forming Trafti. A new superlogistics group, created out of the fusion of 5 different companies.

The company already has revenues of R$250M, with a goal to reach R$400 within 5 years. Its present customer portfolio includes companies in the automotive, technology, pharmaceutical, alternative fuels, and foodstuffs industries.

Trafti presently has most of its resources in the industrial complex of the Southern Brazilain states, and has plans to expand to the North East, and then to internationally, to Argentina, Chile, Colombia, and Uruguay.

The five companies that were consolidated to become Trafti are Ajofer, Fantianati, Trans-Postes, Transvec, and Mestralog.
